6 week introduction to pole fitness

Our introductory course to pole fitness aims to give you the fundamentals required to get you started on your pole journey. 

Over the six weeks we will focus on increasing strength, flexibility, tone and endurance, to ensure that you are learning and progressing at a pace that suits you. 

Courses are suitable for complete beginners, with no previous experience. 

No level of fitness or flexibility is required to join the course, and we fully believe that pole is for ANYONE, regardless of age, size, shape or gender.

6 week introduction to aerial hoop

Get an insight into aerial life with our 6 week introduction to the art of aerial hoop. 

As with pole, this course aims to build on your strength, flexibility, lines and muscle endurance, to get you creating beautiful shapes and combinations on the hoop. 

Suitable for complete beginners, with no previous aerial experience, we cant wait to welcome you to the circus!
