Aerial Fitness Classes

Our Aerial Fitness classes at KPole Studios have become hugely popular in the last few years. We now offer various styles of Aerial Fitness at all 3 KPole studios, including Aerial hoop, Aerial Hammock and Pole Straps.

For a deeper look at the types of aerial classes we offer, and which studios you can find them at, take a look below:

Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop

We are pleased and excited to announce that we now host Aerial Hoop classes at all 3 KPole studios!

At our Solihull and Wolverhampton studios you will find Aerial Hoop sessions for beginner through to high intermediate level, whist our Cradley Heath studio currently offers a beginner level Aerial Hoop class each week.

If you are a brand new starter you are welcome to book onto any beginner or mixed level Hoop class. If you are travelling to us from another studo and have done Aerial Hoop previously, please drop us a message if you are unsure of which level to book into.

Aerial Hammock

Aerial Hammock

Aerial Hammock is a beginner-friendly class that introduces the fundamentals of aerial movement using a soft, supportive fabric.

Students will learn basic wraps, poses, and transitions while building strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

Our Aerial Hammock sessions are currently mixed level and take place at our Wolverhampton studio. You are welcome to book into any session regardless of level.

Pole Straps

Pole Straps

Pole straps combines pole dance and aerial straps into one awesome piece of apparatus. It teaches you how to use a hand-loop attachment to soar and suspend around the pole. It focuses on fluid movement, allowing you to bypass grip limitations while building upper body strength.

We recommend trying a pole fitness class prior to taking a pole straps class with us, just so you are aware of the most basic grips and movement patterns, but it is not essential. This class is suitable for people brand new to this equipment.

Currently Pole Straps classes are only available at our Cradley Heath studio, but can be found in our monthly special 'Mixed Aerial Circus' sessions. More can be found about these here.

Low Flow Aerial Hoop

Low Flow Aerial Hoop

Learn to move, flow and create beautiful shapes with the hoop close to the ground. In this one-hour class you’ll explore short choreographies and tricks that focus on fluid movement and transitions, rather than big drops or strength-based moves.

These classes are suitable for those who have attended a couple of aerial hoop sessions before. No advanced skills are required, just a little familiarity with the hoop.

We currently only have Low Flow Aerial Hoop classes available at our Solihull studio, but are looking to start them at out Wolverhampton studio in the near future!
