Kpole is such a vibey community! Everyone is so nice. The instructors are your biggest cheerleaders! They're really friendly and so helpful, they break it down so you really get to understand the moves which helps to explore what your body can actually do (I think thats really cool)!! I'm so proud of how far I've come thanks to my little Kpole community

Never did I think I could feel so comfortable wearing so little in a group of strangers! Except after about three minutes in my first class no one felt like a stranger at all! The most supportive group of people I’ve ever been a part of, with the most knowledgeable and welcoming instructors. Kpole is THE place to learn, try, grow, share and most of all belong.

Joining KPole at the Cradley Heath studio has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Hannah, Leanne, Matt, Ingrida and Lauren have been warm and welcoming. My strength and confidence has come on leaps and bounds and I’ve made some of my closest friends here. Pole for me has become a love and a passion thanks to everyone at KPole
