Memberships
Our monthly memberships are the easiest and cheapest way to keep flying with us all year round! Sign up for your membership and receive class credits straight to your account that can be used on any group class. Each month on the same date you will be billed and receive more class credits to your account, you don't need to do a thing except book into the classes you want to attend. There is no minimum term to our memberships, but there is a 28 day cancellation policy. Also please note that credits do not roll over if you haven't used them by the end of the month.

Class Packs
Our class packs are an easy way to bulk buy your classes upfront, to make it cheaper for you without the commitment of signing up to a monthly membership.
Select from either our 5 or 10 class packs and receive the credits straight to your Teamup account.
You have a total of 90 days to use your credits, any remaining after this time will be automatically removed from your account.

Membership and Class pack FAQ's
When do i get billed for my membership?
You will get billed for your membership on the day of purchase and then again each month on the same date. If you would like to change your billing date thats absolutely fine! Just drop us an email to [email protected] and we can get this sorted for you.
can i try a class before committing to these?
Absolutely, in fact we highly recommend it! All of our group classes (bar the 6 week introductory course) can be attended as a drop in class. Simply go to our timetable and filter for your studio of choice. All classes have beginner level options throughout the week so pick your desired class and you will be able to sign up for one individual class without any commitment. If you use the code KPOLE5 in the discount section, you'll also get a cheeky £5 off as well!
can i change my membership to higher/lower alternatives?
Absolutely. With any upgrade the change will come in immediately and you will be billed the extra amount on top of your current membership for that month. For any downgrades it follows the same process as our cancellations which is a 28 day policy. This is something that unfortunately we are not able to amend in the Teamup system. can i pause my membership?
Yes you can! We know that sometimes people have a few months where life gets in the way, or perhaps you are on holiday for most of a month and wont be able to make the most of your membership. Drop us an email to [email protected] and we will be able to put this in place for you. We will need at least 2 weeks notice prior to your next payment date to ensure the direct debit mandate has not already been sent to your bank. You can pause your KPole membership for a maximum of 3 months, at which point it will automatically kick back in.
how do i cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any point as we have no minimum term on any of our memberships. However, please note that we have a non-negotiable 28 day cancellation policy on all of our KPole memberships. This is to ensure that we can keep the studios running smoothly with a forecast of our income each month. If you cancel with less than 28 days notice prior to your next payment date, then one last payment will be taken You will of course, also receive your credits for that month as well. Please note that if the direct debit is cancelled prior to a final payment being taken we will attempt to resolve the issue with yourselves first. If we are unable to contact you, your information will be passed to a debt collection agency.
