choreography and heels

We run choreography and heels based classes at all 3 KPole studios, however limited timetables at some of our studios means you may see different names at each studio for similar classes.

Have a read through the descriptions below to get a better idea of the best choreography class for you!

Beginner Heelography

Beginner Heelography classes run at both our Cradley Heath and Wolverhampton studios. They are the perfect way to get started on your pole heels journey.

In these classes we will be exploring how to safely build strength and execute tricks and techniques in pole heels, and using these to put together pieces of flow to music.

To attend this class you will need to have completed a minimum of 6 pole fitness classes previously (this does not have to have been at the KPole studios) as you will be expected to know basic grips, spins and techniques before trying a pole heels session. If you are unsure about whether you have completed enough pole to attend this class, please drop us a message and we'll be glad to assist.

You will need:
. Heels (pole specific heels)
. Kneepads are recommended

Improver Heelography

Improver Heelography classes run at both our Cradley Heath and Wolverhampton studios.

In our improver level classes, you will be building on techniques and transitions in the art of heels. You must already be confident dancing in heels to attend these sessions and have built up the ankle strength and stability to support you in more complex choreography.

For these classes you will need:

. Pole Specific Heels
. Kneepads are recommended

Pole Choreo (Solihull)

At our Solihull studio, a limited timetable means we only have space for one choreography class each week. therefore this class is simply called 'Pole Choreo'. In this class we cover a mixture of all sorts of choreography, from heels, to more flowy numbers, and even some months on spin pole. We focus on a new piece of choreography each month so if you would like to find out when the next piece starts, just drop us a message! The class is suitable for beginner level and up, although we ask that you have completed a minimum of 6 previous pole fitness classes before attending, so that you have a basic knowledge of the grips and movement patterns involved.

For this class you will need:
. Kneepads
. Heels are optional but must be pole specific heels if you wish to use them
. We recommend wearing socks to your classes as some routines need you to be able to slide along the floor and this can make it much easier :)

No Heels Pole Flow

No Heels Pole Flow classes run at both our Cradley Heath and Wolverhampton studios. these are the alternative class to our Heelography classes and ar for those who prefer their flow barefoot or in socks as oppose to heels.

In this one hour class you will learn a short routine to music. You will need to have completed 6+ regular pole sessions before attending this class, as we will be using a base level of pole skills. The classes do not need to have been completed at our studio.

Routines will switch between static and spin pole so there is something for everyone! A great way to build fluidity on static pole and tolerance for spin pole!

For this class you will need:
. Kneepads
. We recommend wearing socks to your classes as some routines need you to be able to slide along the floor and this can make it much easier :)

Chair Dance

Our Chair Dance classes run solely at our Wolverhampton studio.

This fun class blends dance, strength, and sensuality as you learn fluid, choreographed moves using a chair as your prop. No previous dance experience is needed – our supportive instructor will guide you through the basics, helping you develop coordination, flexibility, and core strength.

Set to a wide range of music, each session is designed to help you feel confident and strong while moving with fluidity. Whether you’re looking to boost body confidence, add a new skill to your dance repertoire, or just have fun, Chair Dance is the perfect class to compliment your pole and aerial training!

Heels Technique

Heels technique classes are run at our Cradley heath studio and are the perfect compliment to your Heelography sessions and a great place to start if you have never danced in heels before.

Whether you're brand new to heels or practically live in your pleasers, this class will cement your foundations  and perfect your technique. You'll cover everything from ankle conditioning exercises to understanding how to utilise every part of your heels.

This is not a choreo class, this is the class to level up your choreo!
