Flexibility and Conditioning
We run flexibility classes at all KPole studios, with a few other conditioning classes thrown in where we have the demand for them! If you are a KPole membership holder with an 8 class membership or over, all conditioning and flexibility classes are free as part of your membership!
Flex for Pole & Aerial
Flex For Pole & Aerial
We are passionate about not only teaching our students, but helping them to understand more about their bodies and how we work, not only when exercising, but in general, everyday life.
Our flexibility will focus on different areas of the body, looking at specific movement patterns and ranges of motion that are helpful for pole and aerial. We will work on areas such as splits, straddles, back and shoulders, ensuring that not only are we working on improving your flexibility, but also that you have strength and stability in these bigger ranges of motion.
The class is suitable for any level of flexibility, and absolutely anyone is welcome.
Strength & Conditioning
Strength & Conditioning
On and off the pole conditioning to help with your pole and aerial journey. If you're looking to level up and want to focus on nailing those fundamentals, this is the session for you.
In this class we will work through a range of exercises, focusing on technique and correct engagement. This will ensure that we are not only building strength in areas that will compliment your aerial progression, but also cross training areas that are not so commonly used, with the aim of avoiding injury and imbalances.
Our Strength & Conditioning classes currently run at our Wolverhampton studio.
Floorwork
Our Beginner Floorwork and Acro class runs at our Solihull studio. It is led by our resident bendy queen Olivia, who has a long history with dance and has taught aerial for us and as a dance instructor for many years. The class is for complete beginner level so we don't expect any previous knowledge in dance or gymnastics and you do not need to be a certain level in aerial or pole to attend either. You will begin by learning the absolute basics of acro and floorwork and how these can be used within pole and aerial to help add depth to routines and performances.
